If I sbt-publishLocal a snapshot of a library, am I wrong to expect a clean/rebuild of a project depending on it to pick up the new version?

@propensive (provided your snapshot is of a later version than what you have in your ivy cache, obviously)
@NicolasRinaudo Oh, do I have to actually update the version number *every* time? Doesn't that miss the whole point of snapshot releases...
