From now on, all Rapture sources will be compatible with Scala 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12 (thanks to a small, hacky compatibility module).

@propensive Honestly, I totally endorse compatibility shims. We've used them in Spire for awhile and it's been quite nice.
@d6 Yeah, when I compare the burden of separate branches with the approx ten lines of (mostly) macro method redirects: no contest.
