@propensive GHC has "notes"
and they are external if I remember well
Code comments should evolve independently of code. I should be able to retrocomment that version n of a method is wrong, and always will be.

@loverdos Yeah, I think something external, managed in a different git repository, would be a great improvement over ScalaDoc comments.
