      @TenorB Yes, I think so: My biggest problem is the lack of confidence it gives me that my software is correct (in comparison to types).

      @TenorB It's also frustrating to maintain both code and its unit test in parallel. If they're not in-sync, then false positives may occur!

      @propensive I guess types do solve a majority of problems that typical dynamic-language unit tests solve

      @TenorB That's not to say that unit tests are worthless, though types can obviate the majority of them.

      @TenorB e.g. a sorting algorithm can still benefit from unit testing.
