      @d6 @propensive but blocking is response to only some of those cases, not all. some by thought, many can be handled by ignoring

      @jedws @propensive Possibly, but "can be handled" is in the eye of the beholder. Blocking is presumably for when ignoring isn't working.

      @shajra @travisbrown @d6 I think because the goal is to stop hearing the banal/repeated arguments. Unfollowing, you still get retweets.
