@propensive This seems like a non sequitur. Communities can be and are more or less tolerant of a variety of behaviours than background.
@DRMacIver Yet a community entirely tolerant of diverse opinions would not be a problem.

@DRMacIver That should say "entire community tolerant" not "community entirely tolerant". That's a key difference ;) -
@propensive Depends. e.g. a community tolerant of people expressing racist or sexist opinions would end up being pretty exclusionary.
