@propensive my experience in other communities is that nice people can't "balance" nastiness. Newcomers encounter nastiness, or not. :-/
.@bodil It's an ugly situation, but I think the efforts of the majority of people in the Scala(z) community are overwhelmingly good-natured.

@havocp Not *sure* I agree with that. We live in a society with free speech and also people in jail; society picked a balance.
