Rapture JSON 1.0.3 is out! Fixes a couple of bugs, simplifies some code, and offers much easier conversion between different JSON backends.

@JanStette Should be able to adapt from, e.g., bigIntExtractor. Let me know how you get on. Some time soon I'll add JodaTime integration!
