How about, as a step towards better type class support in Scala, we substitute "implicitly" with the empty string? Does that parse?

@propensive scalaz already does that. Summon a `Functor` just by writing `Functor[List]`.
@larsr_h But isn't that just because there's an appropriate apply method on object Functor? I'm suggesting some new sugar in the parser...
