@propensive scalaz already does that. Summon a `Functor` just by writing `Functor[List]`.
How about, as a step towards better type class support in Scala, we substitute "implicitly" with the empty string? Does that parse?

@propensive I gave it a shot. It doesn't play nicely with semi-colon inference: `foo\n[T]` is currently a type application. -
