Is there any open source Scala 3 code yet that was written from scratch in Scala 3? Not cross-built, not converted from 2 with slight changes. (Someone asked on Discord, and I'm now curious.)

I wrote Cosmopolite for Scala 3. It was a complete rewrite of an earlier project I tried in Scala 2, and works much better in Scala 3.https://github.com/propensive/cosmopolite …

the lack of curly brackets
I pray I never have to work in a team that adopts it...1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

If it helps, it took me about an hour to get used to, and I find it much more pleasant, even though I never thought I would. I've also tried the new completely bracketless syntax for lambdas (which is behind an option) and I don't have the same happy feelings about that, yet.

I wrote a fair amount of Python code in the past but I've never got used to it, for me it makes navigation in the code and refactoring much harder. Maybe I'll give it a try again and see how it goes.

Yeah, for me it was just a matter of getting used to it, though that did happen faster than I expected...
