I would have answered first question had I only knew that multiple answers are allowed. It's not only me, judging by the comments. Once I got it right, the other questions were easy to answer.
Yes, I'm not sure how to make it more obvious, other than by explicitly writing "You can select more than one answer!" because it's caught a few people out... So maybe I'll just do that. :)
