I think I really like that definition of privacy: short, understandable, and easier to debunk logical fallacy around privacy with it: "Privacy is the right to decide what you share with others and what you keep to yourself" (perhaps adding: "about your private life")

yes, I'm not sur how to add the last part. But there is a need to clearly exclude moral person (especially with USA insane definition of what they are), and clarify the pro context (which is likely a big grey area). It's not privacy to retain pro info, for ex

the physical / moral person part is rather simple for now (until IA singularity at least :). The other one is perhaps more in the context of a legal (crimes, etc)/local rule (from work to social, couple interaction for ex) framework
