I don't know how that can be in other African countries, but I know that the incumbents you mentioned are the same here in Nigeria. I tweet about the quirks of Go frequently. I could use something else, but there's the market and the incumbents.

That's maybe more true for Nigeria than some other African countries. Though I think Nigeria's software economy still has room to grow, and I'd like to encourage that growth to be in a more functional direction...

In 2018/2019 when I was at
