I'm sure there are a few ways to do it. The amount of data required is quite small (signed tweet ID), then very trivial OCR could check the text in the screenshot, and see if it matches the text referenced by the tweet ID.

And it's a pretty obvious machine translation. Hebrew is a gendered language, the last sentence uses the masculine singular phrasing instead of plural
