I'm filling out an online form which needs my date of birth. I can't type it in. The date pop-up opens preset to today, and allows me to move one month at a time. I literally have to click about 450 times to get to my birth month. I never thought being old would suck this much.

Next time maybe try to change the DOM through the dev console?
I was tempted, but I discovered that my trackpad works sufficiently well that playing a baroque trill on it with two fingers would get me a steady 10-15 clicks per second in the same spot. I knew those piano lessons were going to come in handy one day...
