I went for a run tonight, and managed a touch over 3km. It was awful. I've gone six weeks without running before, and got back into it without much trouble, but never six weeks of barely moving. The mask over my face and the 5kg I've gained probably didn't help either.

Oh, that's quite fast. I'm not there yet, since I have to get used to running again. Before I found these good streching excercises my knee pain prevented longer runs for quite some time.

My quickest pace was 4:14 min/km over a course of 14km. But that was after I did an exam at uni on the 3rd attempt. I basically started with a runners high - pretty powerful doping ;-)
