I went for a run tonight, and managed a touch over 3km. It was awful. I've gone six weeks without running before, and got back into it without much trouble, but never six weeks of barely moving. The mask over my face and the 5kg I've gained probably didn't help either.
I'm satisfied I made a full circuit without stopping, but I was in some pain towards the end... I usually need a week of somewhat-enforced running to get the addiction, then I get the motivation for free. I'll need some discipline over the next few days...

At least the weather is supportive and from this week Las Wolski is back accessible. Have fun :).

I think Las Wolski will have to be a target for next week... I've run there before, but it's a bit "out of range" given my current form...
