If I wanted to find every usage of `MyType#equals` in my codebase (because I want to replace it with `Eq`) what would be a good way to do that?

This is what we are gonna provide in the arrow type class compiler plugin to let people ad-hoc override Lang operators without needing to inject explicit dependencies on Eq or it's alternative syntax
I'm glad we both ended up at "compiler plugin" even though it's not the answer either of us wanted, I'm sure. ;)

Yeah, in Kotlin land is all a compiler plugin and I'm already using the type checker and stuff like that so we crossed that line a while back
