Need to dig out an analog oscilloscope. It seems all the “modern” digital ones don’t support a proper XYZ mode. How am I supposed to pick up the “pen” like this. Hrmmph.pic.twitter.com/zhGVs6sWlj

My brain will happily lock on to seeing it spin, in each direction, or watching it swing like a pendulum, from either side. Seems random which one of the four possibilities it's going to be each time I watch...

I need to figure out the right amount of resistance and capacitance to filter the DAC for straighter lines. (Hence the slightly warped shape.) and w/out a Z I can't brighten the long lines to compensate for the "draw" speed to get uniform brightness and to add 'moveto' semantics.

I can't see any warpedness... But if that thing had even the slightest chance of pumping air, I'm sure you would have a fully-working ventilator by now...

Look at the > or λ. The top half is thinner and the lines curve rather than go straight. In the end my goal is to be able to physically plot quadratic/cubic curves in fonts using capacitor drainage for "free" interpolation, so it will _become_ a feature, but it isn't right now.

Yes, I see it now. It's more obvious when my brain thinks it's swinging rather than spinning...
