In Russia 456 professions are forbidden for women by law. They say in a year it will be “just 98”. What a relief.

So they will “re-group” as the paper says and...won’t list actual professions, instead it will be 20 professional spheres. Something tells me it won’t be any less as a result.

I was only asking the question jokingly, but that's disappointing. I'm surprised... for everything I dislike the Russian government for, I still didn't think they would be enshrining sexism in law.
