How old were you when you finally realised that parsley and parsnip are the same plant?

The parsnip (Pastinaca sativa) is a root vegetable closely related to carrot and parsley; all belong to the family Apiaceae. I'm not sure you'd eat Parsley root or parsnip leaves, but I am interested if someone else tries :)
