I'm also deeply suspicious of that hyphen at the end of the first line. Is that part of the URL? Is it added by the browser's word-wrap? It appears *close* to the middle of the URL, but the second line is still longer, which suggests it's not auto-inserted.
This reminds me of a trip I took to Italy in about 2007, before smartphones and webmail. I took a pile of printouts of receipts. If I'd checked beforehand, I'd have seen that the car-rental receipt had no information about the rental but did contain a ~500-character base64 URL.
