Struggling to understand why my freshly-rebooted 16GB computer runs out of memory when trying to publish my 108KB library with SBT.

32G in a 3 year-old laptop does bias one a bit doesn't it
I've barely needed more than 2GB of my 16GB in the last few years, but then Docker, SBT and some other things were needed occasionally...

Yes, docker, idea, a long running compiler instance, 753 tabs in Firefox, etc. (not actually needing more than 16 out of the 32 tbh
