It was a Georgian cinnamon and walnut cake. I can't find any pictures of anything even similar, but it was good.

I can imagine it being a variation of https://www.georgianjournal.ge/georgian-cuisine/33118-medok-georgian-style-honey-cake.html … (there are plenty of “honey cake” variations as you go “East and North”, though, all excellent.. but you didn’t mention honey though)
