I bought a new laptop, and I can't install Linux on it, so until I can, I'm just going to have to coerce Fury into working on Windows.
Subsequently, it got into a bad shutdown state where it wouldn't turn on, and wouldn't turn completely off, and was continuously showing a bright LED, but had no other functioning organs. I had to wait 2-3 weeks for the battery to drain so I could start it again...

I guess this was just a BIOS issue which got fixed later. And the hardware was certainly capable of running Linux later on. But as a laptop it had perfect specs, but got the least usage over it's lifetime of any computer I've ever owned...

Yeah, btw I keep forgetting the webcam wasn't working when I got the laptop. They changed the whole lid (apperantly it was the firmware problem though) they took care of that so fast that I keep forgetting about it.
