I'm staying in a motel in Utah tonight. On the table is an upturned, white, approximately three-litre, plastic bowl, beneath which is a transparent bag, all atop a beige plastic tray which is screwed (with a single screw) to the table. It can rotate. But what does it all mean?

Haha, I did consider that it might have been the worst lazy susan (laziest susan?) ever! But it's quite stiff to rotate. It's baffling.
