Yes, I tend to step in at the last minute just to type the SBT publish command, while other people are doing all the hard work. I'll try to get some sort of system going for collecting and publishing release notes. (Same goes for Fury and my other libraries.)
Automating release notes from git commit could also help: https://github.com/sbt/sbt-release#release-notes-anyone … (I never tried that)
https://github.com/apps/release-drafter … is excellent for generating release notes containing a list of PRs. Really easy to set up.
