Uh his race makes his opinion more important how? I mean how is that not racist

Because he has first-hand experiences which I'll never have, as a white man.

There are a lot of factors that go into what experiences one has besides the color of their skin. But what do experiences have to do with validity of an argument?

Being able to verify first-hand the premises of the argument, rather than relying upon reports by others with that experience, or worse, others who don't.

Of course his perspective is valuable. But not because of the color of his skin! And that isn't a premise of his argument, it's his motivation. An argument doesn't stand or fall on its motivation but its validity.
