@propensive What time is the closing keynote on day 2? "we travel straight from the closing keynote to Pooley Bridge to depart by boat as the sun sets over Lake Ullswater" around 5-6pm?
I'm just fine-tuning the logistics and exact timings, but the boat sets off at 18.30. The sun sets at 20.00. The closing keynote will finish somewhere in the 17.15-17.45 range. I'm hoping to put the full schedule online by the end of tomorrow, but it might be Wednesday.
