Dear @Avis, I made a same-day booking for a car for four hours, but when I arrived at the airport, there was a 1-2hr queue. Your staff told me this was normal for a Saturday in the summer. I didn't wait, and you charged my credit card a no-show charge of €61.50.
I objected to paying this, so I emailed you 23 days ago to request a refund and was promised a response in 10-15 days, which I haven't received. I emailed again today, and you sent an automated reply telling me that you can't accept attachments by email. My email was plain text.
What if there's a line of Gold members? ;)
I'm not sure the amount is enough, is it? I also think I probably used a debit card...
Maybe request a chargeback in your bank for this charge?
