I objected to paying this, so I emailed you 23 days ago to request a refund and was promised a response in 10-15 days, which I haven't received. I emailed again today, and you sent an automated reply telling me that you can't accept attachments by email. My email was plain text.

This company is not the same it used to be when I started using it 10 years ago... Very slow customer service. Refunds have hidden charges. Will likely switch for my next rental.
