@propensive not to hound you on this, but is it fair to assume that contextual is unlikely to be published for 2.13 at this point?
No, @adamwarski has been hard at work helping me publish Mercator and Magnolia for the last fee days, so I think we can reuse those tricks to publish Contextual, too. :)
