I'm seeing ping-times of both 6.00ms and 5.100ms. I suspect one is rounding up from 5.995 and one is rounding down from 6.005. It's a little concerning, though.
The format string is asking for a maximum of 3 significant digits after the decimal point.
5.100 is almost certainly rounded down from a number between 5.1 and 5.1005 exclusive.
