@propensive would there be any way users of your libraries could convince you to support 2.13, or to fast track reviewing / merging PRs to that effect?
Should I be able to do this in sbt? IIRC, it's what I used to do... ++2.13.0 publishSigned

I *think* that'll only publish to the staging repository and you then need to propertly release your artifacts. I'm using sbt-sonatype, so that's `sbt sonatypeRelease`, but you might be going through the manual, in UI process?

sbt-release plug-in is part of the build; so `sbt release` should create the staging sonatype repo, and finally closing it

you might have to log into the https://oss.sonatype.org/#stagingRepositories … web interface, 'close' the staging repo, then refresh a few times until you can 'release' it?
