      @propensive would there be any way users of your libraries could convince you to support 2.13, or to fast track reviewing / merging PRs to that effect?

      I don't need much convincing if it's easy! But I tried publishing a new release of Magnolia to Maven Central two weeks ago, and it failed, after having worked for about a year. My patience is close to zero. But if someone doesn't mind telling me what to do, I'll do it. :)

      Taking a look at contextual, there might be a fair amount of work involved - you've not been keeping up with new versions of SBT & co, so there's some groundwork necessary before we can even tackle 2.13

      the PR I made with 2.13 should compile; with the exception of the tests due to that missing dependency

          last time I did a sonatype release it just took me 3 attempts, sbt kept crashing with OOMs!
