@propensive would there be any way users of your libraries could convince you to support 2.13, or to fast track reviewing / merging PRs to that effect?

Taking a look at contextual, there might be a fair amount of work involved - you've not been keeping up with new versions of SBT & co, so there's some groundwork necessary before we can even tackle 2.13
Contextual has zero dependencies, though. Shouldn't it be the most trivial thing to publish? :D
