I've been to almost every Scala conference for the last decade. This year I'll go to 19 events, and it's too much. So I've decided to cut back in 2020 and just do five. It's been a wild ride: fun, enlightening, and at times heartwarming. I'll be sorry not to see you all so often.

Thank you. :) It's always been a tradeoff between putting different parts of me first, though... I love the conversations I get to have at conferences, exactly like our chat earlier this week, but the travel has just been taking its toll lately.
