      I'm having a rough time trying to use VS Code on Linux. I'm trying to learn some key shortcuts, but they only seem to work half the time. When not working, they do nothing or invoke compilation. Has anyone else had anything like this experience, or am I just allergic to IDEs?

      I use Dvorak, and have a command I run to switch to Qwerty when I need to. Do you think that could be related?

      I use BE azerty and USA qwerty. Depending on which one is primary, shortcuts act up (i.e. don’t work). Such is my experience.

      Interesting. Maybe VSCode is using some lower-level access to the keyboard to capture the shortcuts... and that's interacting badly with *something*.

      Something is off for sure ... not sure it’s VsCode or the desktop environment itself.

      The only shortcuts my window manager should capture use the "Windows" key, not Ctrl...
