Do you have multiple keyboard layouts installed?
I use Dvorak, and have a command I run to switch to Qwerty when I need to. Do you think that could be related?
I use BE azerty and USA qwerty. Depending on which one is primary, shortcuts act up (i.e. don’t work). Such is my experience.
Interesting. Maybe VSCode is using some lower-level access to the keyboard to capture the shortcuts... and that's interacting badly with *something*.
