I'm having a rough time trying to use VS Code on Linux. I'm trying to learn some key shortcuts, but they only seem to work half the time. When not working, they do nothing or invoke compilation. Has anyone else had anything like this experience, or am I just allergic to IDEs?
That's good to know... but it really seems worse than that, but I'm generally unaware of which "view" I'm in...

As an example, I went into "zen mode" and couldn't get out of it without killing VS Code and restarting. Apparently "esc esc" should do that, but it didn't... that seems like something which ought to work globally.

My experience. No success with IdeaJ bindings plugin. Idea+in distraction free mode+vim+solarized feels very non ide like. Hoping the bloop integration matures so the custom compiler issue is gone.
