Should you be able to see them there if I submitted them? I can see them if I follow the "looking for your submissions" link, and then click on "Proposed".

I think I should. I remember I could see the submissions for
@FnConf and even vote for them (which I'm interested in). -
@Confengine allows conference organisers to either keep the submissions open for public viewing and upvoting OR closed.
