The old one is still in good condition, so I'm keeping it and will still use it occasionally! But I have a slightly smaller one (into which I can still fit my entire life!) which is slightly more compatible with cheap airlines' baggage allowance...
I realise that pandering to RyanAir's demands is a terrible reason to give it up... but here we are. :/
