trying to publish scala libraries makes me want to rage quit programming. Any apologists for how terrible this all is need to read up on the Stockholm syndrome.

The scala community could have had 4 hours of combined posco/d6 hacking today. Instead it got two minor point releases to chill. This is the cost of hard to use tools.

It’s not simple. We need agreement on vision. Doesn’t work well in PRs. I’ve decided to put my effort behind bazel, but it has no publishing story. I’d love for source dependencies to take off, and maybe we don’t need to publish. Bazel and fury could interop.
