Fact: Scala could improve a lot without all these community silos
Scalaz: just dump OO and everyone that does OO
Typelevel: it’s all good, Scala 3 is god-given. Kumbaya 
Lightbend: go do Haskell if you want to do FP
Me: I guess it’s time to find another language to do OSS
If you consider @milessabin to be somewhat representative of Typelevel, bear in mind it took five full years to get him on board with Scala 3. @typelevel's support of Scala 3 is due to lots of sometimes-difficult-but-well-intentioned discussion leading to ideas converging.

I think the idea that "Scala could improve a lot if..." doesn't take into account that actually, it already did, in no small part due to engaging with users like
@typelevel. -
Agreed, and I think things like the typeclass proposal 5 years ago would have been out of this world, but are now being considered. Nice to see the needle moving.
