I was also looking at this and analyzing as a data analytics major and I dont think a 4 point Trump win in VA is plausible but Trump is definitely in play

They have no way to know the data cited because VA doesn’t have party registration. Looks fake

You don't need party registration to assign party ID with high confidence. You can impute registration with high reliability from past participation and other factors. If you ever get access to the GOP datacenter you'll see - we all know who is likely to vote for which party.

The problem I see for Virginia is unlike a lot of other states, R’s are not as solid for
