The Guide discusses how I evaluated candidates & elections - looking at my values, at what races build the most power, and at the factors that affect a candidate’s ability to win. From there I broke the races down into 3 buckets - strategic races, tactical wins, and underdogs.

To summarize, strategic races are elections that build the most power - winning the Senate, building a progressive slate in red Texas, and primarying particularly powerful or protected Democrats who oppose the progressive agenda.

Underdogs, by far the largest category, includes those whose districts are not quite as strategic or winnable, or who are just relentlessly out-funded, but who have some time to make it up. None of these elections are before May, and a lot can happen in between now & then.
