US and western world never apply for predatory IMF or World Bank loans and they issue securities as form of debt. this is the trap for countries like Argentina,Ecuador etc. Chile is OECD member but now in awkward economic shape

Now that the Bolivian junta borrowed billions to give officials & military officers huge raises & bonuses, the nation is ALSO burdened by loans & debt. And Pompeo warned Ortega that Nicaragua is next. All while dems sit transfixed to their TVs waiting for a puff of white smoke.
