@Linda_Brock_PhD FYI in NYC BSL4 research is already banned! Only BSL3 permitted. Not such bad biomed research here.

@profvrr It is interesting to think of the pro/cons of a BSL4 in a large city - given the NEIDL is built unfort it is not used to full poten -
