In the paper they say, "...direct exposure to Huanan market." Is it possible they were exposed elsewhere (restuarant, work function, etc)? Or would that still be considered "direct exposure"? Is that even something they could get/have info on?

i think there might an environmental source in wuhan? food supply or super spreader food worker? the number don't quite make sense as h-h spread is pretty slow and limited in other places.. either that or a lot of young ppl were infected and recovered with no sympoms
something around 95% of infected have been to Wuhan... with just a scattering of family members or close contacts affected outside wuhan. Perhaps we might see a big number of new cases outside after the ~10 days incubation period not sure hmmm
